Denese Duran
Denese Duran discovered her passion for radio podcasting in 2011 by becoming one of the hosts of a show titled Sexaholics on Indie Republic Network through MMERADIO. Denese acquired skills on writing comedy skits, music commercials, and molding it all into a 2-hour live show. After three years of hosting and producing online radio, Denese started producing content for podcast shows and coordinating the operations of the podcast radio network TheLovezoneusa.com. Six years later Thelovezoneusa.com grew to a network of six podcast shows and a total listenership of 350k.
Denese has gone on to found the Podcasters of NJ, a podcast incubator, to assist podcasters with growing their knowledge of the industry and equipping them to host and produce podcasts for themselves or others.
Denese has now launched Podcasters Unlimited, a podcast network and consultan, serving as its CEO. The company also produces its own podcast of the same name, Podcasters Unlimited: A Podcast for Podcasters, and other shows.
In her career, Denese works in the social work field on is on the path to receiving her master’s degree in social work from Kean University in New Jersey. Holding a business degree from Berkeley College, her previous career was in finance with a seven year tenure at Bank of America. Her desire for better for others has also led Denese to become an advocate for social justice issues. She partakes in organizations for a variety of causes.

Ann Smith
Ann Smith is a co-organizer and co-founder of Podcasters of NJ. She gained a love for podcasting while working as a Production and Marketing Assistant for the "The Love Zone USA" radio channel. Ann was also a Producer for the show "The Girlfriend Network", a show about self-care, women empowerment, love, relationships, and hot topics. She has come up with topic ideas and brought on guests such as "The First Purge" Actor Jermel Howard and Teri Johnson, CEO & Founder of Harlem Candles Co.
Ann now serves as President of Podcasters Unlimited. She strives to develop first in class podcasts for the network and offer her expertise to qualified clients.
Ann graduated from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey. Her favorite podcast genres are entrepreneurship and true crime. She loves to write, cook and travel in her free time.
